Ada Virginia Simms was born on December 7, 1929 in Baltimore, Maryland, daughter of the late John and Blanche Irene Simms. She departed this life on April 4, 2009 after a lenghty illness. Ada was educate in the Baltimore City Public School System. Upon complextion of her education, she became a Homemaker, Daycare Provider and Private Duty Nurse. Ada loved "her GOD" and going to hurch. She also loved her family and would do anything to h elp others. Ada was married to Joseph David Simms Sr. "Ma-Ma" as she was affectionately called, was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Ada leaves to celebrate her homegoing: six children, the late Selby, Karl, Karlene "Smiley," Marsha "Reds" Nathaniel, Joseph Jr. "Peanut," and Karlton Simms; two sisters, Blanche Johnson and Frances France; thirteen grndchildren, Mark, Wendell Jr; Lisa, Latrise, Brandon, Donyelle "Tinker Bell" Keith, Domnte, Victoria, Latisha "Tish," Sharnete "Sjawn," Keneisha, Keirra and Krystian; twelve great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
