Alma Elizabeth Wilson, age 59. passed away on the evening of December 24, 2016
after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born to the late, James D. Staten, Sr. and the late, Nancy Bell Staten on
February 27,1957. Alma and her eight siblings were raised in Baltimore City and
grew up in the church.

She received her education through the Baltimore City Public School System and
graduated from Harbor City High School. After 30+ years of employment with the
Federal Government, Alma retired. She was married to Robert Wilson,

Alma was an amazing woman. She loved her children and her foster kids. She also
loved shopping, traveling, and cars.

Alma leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter. Neketta and son-in-law, Victor;
her sons, Taree and Javon; her grandchildren, Courtney, Kaylen, and Amora; her
two brothers, Timothy and John: her sister, Nancy: her aunt, Joyce, and her nieces,
nephews, and cousins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends especially
her dear friend. Patrice, and her dog. Romy.

Preceding her in death are her parents, James and Nancy; her siblings. Lillie, James
"Iceberg" Jr .. Shirley, Michael. and Samuel; and her nephew. Dimitri.
