Alvin D. Anderson Sr., son of the late Gladstone and Fannie Mae was born August 4, 1947 in Baltimore, MD. Alvin received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. In 1966 he married Mae Anderson, from this union Stacey was born. Alvin served two years in the U.S. Army. Afterward he had a great Boxing Career that took him Global. In 1973 Alvin met and later married the love of his life the late Margaret Anderson, from this union Alvin Jr. was born. In 2009 Alvin retiredfrom Kimbrough Hospital Warehouse in Ft. Meade, MD. He loved racing pigeons, training up and coming boxers, bowling, taking photographs and spending Quality time with his family. Alvin leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter; Stacey, one son; Alvin Jr., two stepdaughters, one son-in-law, ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one brother and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
