Andre Terrel Braxton, Sr. was born on March 16, 1971 in Baltimore Maryland to Patricia and Harry Braxton. Andre was affectionately known as "Dre". He was full of fun; there was never a dull moment with him and was loved by many. He went home to be with the Lord on Friday, June 7, 2013 after a long battle with illness since childhood. Andre received his education in the Baltimore City School System graduating from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in 1989. He went on to fulfill his dream of becoming a Respiratory Therapist by furthering his education at The Community College of Baltimore. Andre had a strong desire to help children with Asthma. On May 16, 1997, Andre married Lynn Gregory, of this union a daughter was born Andrea Taylor Braxton. Andre adored his children, Andre, Jr. (LiT Andre), Joel (Joey) and his jewels Andrea and Lynera they were his heart! He was family oriented and very protective of his entire family. Andre dedicated his life to Christ under the leadership of Bishop Clifford M. Johnson at Mt. Pleasant Church Ministries where he served on the Security Ministry. While Andre's physical absence leaves a tremendous void, he will abide forever in the hearts of those left to cherish his memory, his wife, Lynn; four children, Lynera, Joel, Andre, Jr., and Andrea; mother, Patricia Braxton, father Harry L. Braxton, Sr.; brothers, Harry L. Braxton, Jr., Carlos Porcher, Paul Braxton, Sr., and Anthony Burrows, Sr.; sister-in-laws; Dawn Braxton, Shannel Braxton, Stacey Porcher; nieces and nephews, Latunya, Darius, Christian, Jamal, Sharita, Paul, Jr., Angel, Marquis, Marty, Sherrelle, Amanda, Anthony, Jr., and Darius.
