Andre Linell Carter, r-, "MooMoo" son of the late

Andre Carter, Sr. and Joyce Johnson was born June

13, 1988 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life

on July 24, 2019.

Andre received his education through Baltimore City Public

School System.

Andre "The Protector"

Anyone Andre has cared for can recall memories of him being a

protective man. From his mom Joyce whom you can always

hear say ... "He acts like my father!", or his big sister Kia that

constantly had to remind him.. "Even though you act like the

oldest, I am!". No matter the case from being "Embarrassingly

overprotective" like often times his sister Toya can recall, to

being "the man that shielded me from the world" as described

by his girlfriend Monique, Andre was cherished by all he

loved.

Andre "The Finesser"

To those who knew Andre dearly and to those that crossed his

path in life, all the same you got to know a "Go getter with the

gift of gab". As mom Joyce remembers, whether he managed

to "change your strong no to a confused yes," as Kia jokes or if

you were Toya who cries "He took everything!" you were

finessed by Andre. Andre would do his best to change a

negative to a positive by any means necessary. For that he will

forever be loved!

Andre "The Family Man"

Andre leaves to cherish his life and legacy; his mother and step

father, Joyce and Peter Johnson; grandmother, Lottie

Commissiong; four sisters, Lakia Commissiong, Lottoyia and

Shanell Hawkins, J anell Peay; two brothers, D' Andre Carter

and Daquan Johnson; girlfriend Monique Abdulla; three kids

Andre Linell Carter, III, Kyon Carter and Lauren Nia' Ann

Carter; Nephews, Dejohnte , Jabril ,Malcolm, Jamal, Zaequan,

Siyhear, Siyonta , Cameron, De'andre Jr., Emmanuel, Siyone

Nieces, Chyanne, Sanaa, Malon, Gabriel, Aalyea; and a host of

other relatives and friends.
