Sgt. Andre D. Carter son of the late
Henrietta Carter and Robert Carter
Senior. Andre was born on May 18,
1956, in Baltimore, Md. He departed
this life on May 30, 2022, after
bravely battling lung cancer.
Andre received his early education
in the Baltimore City Public School
System until the age of 13. At the
age of 13, he moved to Japan. At 18
Andre began his military career, in
which he would spend the next 18
years. Andre ended his work career
at ABC Box Co. after many
dedicated years.
