Andre Theodore Neal Jr., son of Andre Theodore Neal Sr. and Theresa Wallace was brought into this world on February 22, 1975 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life suddenly on May 11, 2020 and was called home to glory.

He attended Lake Clifton High School and later continued a career in the educational field where he became a counselor at Crownville State Hospital. He worked there for an extended period of four years. He was a leader for his family, if you knew him you wouldknow he was loving, caring, and always had a smile on his face, but at the same time he was a very private person. Andre loved his kids and hismom somuch he didn't play games about his ladies.Tohim they were his heartbeat.

Andre leaves to cherish his memories his three daughters, Andrea Neal (Dorsey), Aniya (Neal) Chin, and Aaliyah Neal, his father Andre Theodore Neal Sr., mother Theresa Wallace, three brothers Terrell Neal, Jermaine Jones, Michael Neal, one sister Noreen Gossett, and oneunborn grandchild (due Nov. 2020), twograndmothers MaryWallace and Romaine Neal, onesisterin-lawTanisha Jackson(Jones), onesonin-lawEric Dorsey,anda hostofnephews, uncles,aunts,cousins,and friends.
