ANDRE D. NORRIS, the son of the late Delores Simmons and Leroy Norris, was born on July 31, 1962, in Baltimore, Maryland. Andre peacefully transitioned to his eternal resting place on June 15, 2026.

He was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System until he was 17.

Andre met his lifelong sweetheart, Sheila Starke, and they had one son, Andre D, Norris, Jr. 

Andre worked at Ward Machinery for many years as a machinist. He was well-liked at his job and looked forward to helping his co- workers. 

Andre had a kind and generous heart and was a devoted family man. He could be very funny and enjoyed quiet times as well. When Andre had the financial means, he would give his last.

He loved his only son, better known as Ani, and his three grandchildren, Aunyae, Sema’Ja and Andre Norris III. His memory will be cherished by them and his siblings; best friend, Leroy (Weasel); Antoine, Terry, Tyreena, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
