Andrew Allen, beloved son of the late Edna Allen and Willie Clive Allen was born May 15, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed his earthly life on June 16, 2014. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School Sys- tem. He was lovingly known by his many friends and family as "Nippy". He loved life and his family. He made numerous friendships throughout his life. He never judged; he gave without asking for anything in return. Helistened. Most of all he loved people for who they were not for what he wanted them to be. He will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. He left an abundance of love and comical remembrances that will never be forgotten! Andrew worked numerous jobs throughout his life time. He was a Nursing Assistant at Providence Hospital in Baltimore City for 15 years; he worked as a electrical contractor for Pike & Elliott Electrical Com- pany under BGE; and he most recently had been employed with Sinai Hospital as the Grounds Keeper and Truck Driver. Andrew leaves to cherish his memories: nine siblings, Reginald Allen, Christine Berry, Edna Phillips, Antoinette Phillips, Jerome Phillips, An- thony Allen, Roslyn Allen, Erin Allen, and Renee Allen; one uncle, Rich- ard Taylor and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends Memorial Service Joseph H.
