Andrew P. Watkins, Jr. was born on September 18, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Andrew Watkins, Sr. and Mary Smith. He departed this life on Friday, March 14, 2025.

Andrew was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. He worked for D.W.Clutch Brakes, Inc. He also loved his sports, especially his Ravens. He was very independent.

Andrew enjoyed special moments with histhree grandchildren Rhonisha, Craig, Deontray, his nephew Maurice, his barber Raymond, as well as his very good friends, Mr. Saw, Mr, James, and Mr. Russell.

Andrew was proceeded in death by his father Andrew Watkins, Sr., his mother Mary Smith, his loving partner Beatrice Herrington, his siblings, seven sisters; Rosey, Florence, Dorothy, Mary, Gloria, Editha, Elizabeth, and one brother; Albert.

Andrew leaves to cherish four step children Rhonda, Loretta, Jay, and Timmy; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.
