Carroll
March 2, 1958 – August 12, 2018
Angela Tracy Carroll, daughter of late Samuel and Elmira Carroll was
born in Baltimore, Maryland on March 2, 1958. She departed this life on
August 12,2018.
At an early age she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior,
whereby she was baptized at ew Carmel Baptist Church. She received
her education in The Baltimore City Public School System and obtained
her High School Diploma from Eastern High School. She later, worked
as a clerk for Baltimore City Circuit Court for a short time and then .
various other jobs, while caring for her younger siblings, since the
departure of her dear mother.
Angela was a lover of people. She loved music and dancing, and in her
younger days loved hanging out at the Capri & Gatsby. In addition, she
loved roller skating, cleaning, and Chocolate! But, her all-time favorites
were caring for children, Gospel Music, reciting Scripture, and collect-
ing antiques. Tini would never answer that phone, but if you came visit,
she never wanted you to leave. But, when leaving from her presence, rest
assure, she always said, " I love You." And, to know her was to LOVE
Her.
Angela loved spending time with family and friends. She was affection-
ately known as "Lil Tini" to her friends and family, in addition to
"Governor of Wellington Gates Complex." She loved to cook, and one
her specialties was sauerkraut with a little brown and her fried chicken
cooked in her Dutch pot. Moreover, she was sure to assist with cleaning
after a party or gathering, but rest assure she leaving with a bag as
payment.
She was a loving and caring person, devoted to her children, grandchil-
dren, family, and friends.
Angela was preceded in death by: Son, Christopher Collins and four
brothers, Andrew, Vernon, Michael, and Samuel Carroll.
She leaves to Cherish Her Memory: Son, Ector (Shawn) Hendricks;
brothers, John and Timothy; sister, Juanita; grandchildren, Timothy, (Jacqueline)
Dajae, India, Tavon, Morgan; Great Grandchild, Karter; Aunt, Evelyn
Barnhart; Sister-In-Law, Yvette and Danielle, Sharon, and Host of
Niece's and Nephews, Special Cousin, Evelyn (Cookie); Special Cousin,
Tangia (Tan), Special Friend, Kim and Devoted Friend, Reggie.
