Sadness was the tone when on Tuesday, November 4, god sent His hevenly Angels down to bring His child home. Suffer no more you've suffered enough. Anna Rhodel Carter was born September 15, 1936 to the late Alice and Samuel eades. She was the middle child of three, her sister, Thelma and brother, Earl proceded her in death. "Ro" as she was known by many lived in New York briefly but then moved to Baltimore, where she received her education. Ro met and married the late Ernest Carter and out of this union three sons were born, Carl, Lamont (who proceded her in death) and Micheal. She enjoyed watching old westerns, listening to music (Al Green), dancing and having conversations with her family and friends. Ro was a stay at home mom until the passing of Ernest. She then became gainfully employed at Blue Cross Blue Shield and Verizon as a cashier until her health began to fail. She will truly be missed by all who knew her. Viewing Joseph H.
