Annette Lena-Jackson ife of the late Samuel C. Jackson, was born in Washington, D.C. on June 1, 1941. God reclaimed her as His own suddenly on August 14,2015. She received Christ as her Lord and Savior at a very young age at Antioch Baptist Church in Clinton, Maryland. She later transferred her membership to St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church. As her health declined she attended Gillis Memorial Church on a regular basis with her son Andre Brown until the Lord reclaimed her as His own. Annette was educated in the Washington, D.C. public school system. After high school she started working at Freeman Hospital in Washington, D.C., which is now known as Howard University Hospital. Her love for people and their well being lead her to become a dietitian to ensure good health to others. This position afforded her opportunities to see her patients on a regular basis and help care for them with a warm and loving smile. She retired with great appreciation and dedication from Howard University Hospital in 1993. Annette leaves to cherish her memory: three devoted daughters, Katherine Collins,Antoinette Brown, and Stephanie Mills; son, Andre Brown; nine grandchildren Eric Holt, De Lander Collins Jr., Andrea Brown, Ashley Mills, Tiffany Brown, Tenita Mills, Stacey Brown, Juanita King, Anthony Price, Shijuana Davis; five great grandchildren, Nishar Holt, Eric Holt, Nicolas Mills, Olivia Delawder and Misean Mills; one devoted nephew, Lawrence Simms; great niece, Shadyia Simms, Angel-ica Vidal and Alvin Price along with a host of nieces, nephews, their children, and friends. Annette was "Net" to her husband, "Mom, to her children but most impor-tantly "Grandma" to her host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Viewing Joseph H.
