Annette was the daughter of Richard (deceased) and Eva Lewis. She was born in Baltimore city she departed this life on December 9th. She received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Annette has one son Kevin Hazelton Jr. with longtime friend Kevin Sr. She was affectionately known as Lou, Cagney, and Nettie. She was a member of Saint Timothy's Christian Baptists Church where she served on the usher board. She made numerous friends wherever she went and will be sincerely missed by everyone. She has joined in Glory her father Richard, both of her brothers Richard III. And Steven Sr., Michael (brother-in-law) And her very special friend Constance known as Connie. And other family and friends.
