Annie Johnson was the daughter of Willie Mae Burge and was born on September 11th 1942 Florence South Carolina. Annie Johnson departed this life on July 2, 2013 due to a lengthy illness. Annie Was married to the late James Johnson who proceeded in death on 1983; from that union Annie birth two children named Toreatha White, John Earl Johnson. And three step kids named Eugene White, Ronald Johnson and Brenda Grimes. Annie received her education at the local public schools of South Carolina Public School System. Annie came to Baltimore Md in year 1957 and started a new and honorable life as a homemaker. Annie gave her life to the Lord at a young age. Annie also was saved and visit many different churches, which later lead her to be baptized at Southern Baptist Church where she decided to, grows in built a deeper bond with the lord. Annie was known as the mother "from another mother" lol. If anyone knew Annie she cared about everyone and would lend a helping hand to anybody. Annie smile would calm down the storm. She loved to tell her back in the day stories which was ritual and memorable. Annie touched so many people lives and so many different ways. Annie was very patient with everyone and try to see no wrong in no one. Her famous quote" Don't bother them 'the good lord will punish them". Annie loved doing scratch off, yes she was determined to win big lol. She also enjoys doing her word search books because she loved the idea of keeping herself busy. She loved to cook, although her strengths challenged her ability to move around like she use to. Annie also enjoy her day time 'stories' her life time drama shows. Annie will truly be missed by everyone who knew her. We all will miss and love you Annie Johnson. Annie leaves to mourn: 1 daughter Brenda Grimes Son in law Dwayne Grimes, 1 decease daughter Toreatha White, and 3 sons Eugene white,Ronald Johnson, John Earl Johnson 12 grandchildren Monica Chaney, Grandson in law Aaron hodges Joanne Johnson Sierra Grimes. Dannille Johnson, Kierra Grimes, Tierra Grimes, Devon Grimes, Dwayne Grimes, John Johnson jr., Dominique Grimes, Jermaine Johnson, Donald Chaney and 17 great grandchildren and other family and friends.
