Obituary

ANNIE "MAE LEE", was born February 10, 1935. She was born
to the late Anderson and Lula Mae Carter in Chester County, South
Carolina.

She completd her education in South Carolina and married the late
John Luther Brown. From this union they were blessed with three
children.

Annie's devoted love of the Lord and Jesus, led her to study and
know the bible. Her knowledge strengthened as she grew in her faith
and from this seed she began teaching children and adult Sunday
School. She received her Ministry License, various service awards, and
gave endless hours of missionary care to the hospitalized, homeless
and hungry. She is a long standing member and Evangelist with the
Apostolic Faith Church, at Caroline Street, Baltimore, Maryland. All
she touched truly knew her spiritual wealth. She received the Lord
and began her spiritual journey in her early adult years.

Annie studied, achieved her certification, and retired, after twenty-five
years, as a Patient Care Unit Clerk, from Maryland General Hospital,
Baltimore Maryland. She enjoyed being "On the Go - Traveling To
and Fro", spending time with all her family, going to the movies,
playing her gospel and contemporary music, and "What a Dancer"!

Annie is preceded in death by: her sister, Flora B. Sanders; three
brothers, Anderson Junior Carter, Harry D. Carter, and John Carter;
two grandchildren, LeOuisha 1. Truitt and Douglas "Jamaine" Redd.

Annie .is survived by: her sister, Pauline Sharp; two brothers, Tozzie
Lee Carter and Donnie Carter; son, Eddie J. and his wife, Darlene
E. Brown; son, Bobby Brown; daughter, Robin A. Hines and her
husband, Andre K. Hines Sr.; granddaughter, Dashina J., and her
husband, Prosper C. Egedi; grandson, Dontae' L. Covington; four
great-grandchildren, Ayannah, De'Onna, Deondre, and Prosper [r.; her
first great-great-grandchild, Aaleyah; cousins, nieces, nephews, and a
