Anthony Jose Allmond, son of the late Francis and Gladys Allmond, was born in Baltimore Maryland on March19, 1956. He departed this life on Monday, May 21, 2018 at St. Agnes Hospital at the age of 62.

He was educated in the Baltimore City Public School system. While in junior high school, he picked up the drums, but soon moved to electric bass. In 1970 he met a group of friends and went on to form a band. After a year of performing in their parents living room, they played at local clubs. The newly formed band imitated famous groups like "Heatwave" where Boogie Nights, Ain't No Half Steppin and Always and Forever were the bands favorite musical toons. He enjoyed his life to the fullest. He will truly be missed

Anthony or Tony he was affectionately known, was musically gifted, a kind, loving, cheerful person. But most of all he was a caring person.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his three sisters, Terry Austin, Barbara Allmond and Angela Allmond; his three brothers Gary Allmond, Rodney Allmond and Barak Allmond; several aunts, many nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews and a host of many family members and friends.
