Anthony Jerome Cunningham Maith's life began in Detroit, Michigan on the 29th of April, 1943 to the late Pearl Gordon and Anthony Cunningham. Anthony was affectionately known as Tony. He attended St. Emma's Military Academy in Virginia. After graduating from High School he enlisted and became a member of the United States Armed Forces. He served his country as an air policeman in Okinawa, Japan and in 1968 he received an honorable discharge. Tony continued his career in Law Enforcement with the Baltimore City correctional Institution as a correctional officer. Later in life, he explored numerous opportunities in sales. He later married Donna Wilkes and from this union a daughter was born, Crystal Pearl. Tony had an electricfying personality and was a charismatic speaker that propelled him into his career as a salesman. Tony was a charmer with a great sense of humor. He loved people and people loved him. Tony had a knack for making long lasting friends where ever he went. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his Cunningham family members. He is preceded in death by his mother, Pearl, and stepmother, Eloise. Anthony leaves to celebrate his life, his father, Anthony Cunningham Pittsburgh, PA., sister, Delores V. Morton Pasadena, MD., one son, Michael Marlowe Hines Mobile, AL., two daughters, Terry Phillips Maith and Crystal Pearl Ferguson Atlanta, Ga., seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many first and second cousins and lots of friends.
