ANTHONY PARKER was the oldest child of two children (Pamela Parker predeceased) from the late James Parker and Mabie Parker. He was born in Baltimore City, Maryland on February 1 1, 1958, and departed this earth on August 19. 2024.
Anthony Parker received all his formal education in Baltimore City Schools and graduated from Edmondson High School.
After high school, Anthony went to work for the Mass Transit Administration for many years until he retired due to work-related injuries.
Anthony loved to entertain and share his food and cuisine. Anthony was an Excellent host and was immensely proud to show his home while entertaining family and friends.
Anthony loved to talk and would spend a lot of time conversing on the telephone and really with anyone at anytime and anywhere.
Anthony became the unofficial Block captain of Ashburton Street and the neighboring streets because he despised (TRASH) and he would put you in your place if you did NOT take pride in taking care of your home.
After Anthony's disability, he was no longer able to work at the Mass Transit Administration (BUT) it did NOT stop his eagerness to work, so he started to invest in rental properties. He would scope out properties and then do the research and was most often more prepared than the realtor when it was time to purchase his investment rental properties.
Anthony is survived by his aunt, Jean Damon; sister, Angela Brown; nephew, Angelo Davis and niece, Keyia Brown; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
