Anthony Tyrone Wilkins, born on December 3, 1947 at 9:00 a.m., to Wilbur St. Leon Wilkins, Sr. and Annie Ruth Pipkins. He was welcome home on March 8, 2012 at 9:20 p.m. He was educated the Baltimore County Public School System and later earned his G.E.D. He worked in Custodial positions at Home Depot for a number of years as well as other locations. He was known lovingly as "Tony," and "Judge," by his friends and family. He loved the outdoors, fishing, crabbing and nature in all forms. In his latter years he was devoted to the care and nurture of his daughter Antonia Vicki, whom he dearly loved. His mother, Annie Ruth and father Wilbur Sr. preceded him in death. He leaves behind; his daughter, Antonia; an adopted daughter, LaKia King; two brothers, Wilbur Jr. and Terry; four sisters, Novella, Victorine, Cynthia and Paula; brothers-in-law, Bernard Day and Charles Ravenell; sister-in-law Virginia Wilkins; as well as aunts, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, including a special friend "Bobby." We all miss his special way of conversing. Rest in peace Tony, you are loved.
