April L. Grady, daughter of Lenora Williams and John

Magruder, was born on February 6, 1967, in Baltimore

Maryland. She departed into eternal rest on February 23,

2020, after a lengthy illness.

April was educated in the Baltimore City and Baltimore

County School Systems, and graduated from Woodlawn

High School in June 1985.

April loved participating in all sports and excelled in

softball and bowling. She loved animals especially her

cats, Chad, Bear, Chester, Tony, Lee-Lee, and her adopt-

ee, Zoe.

She worked briefly for the u.S. Postal Service, and later

as a bank teller. But with her beautiful smile and her gift

of gab, her passion was being around, conversing with,

and helping people, so she started "HER OWN" transpor-

tation service. She continued it until ill health prevailed.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her daughter, Ashli

Parker; her mother and father, her brother, Jeffrey Grady;

two sisters, Kim Grady, Robyn Grady Satterthwaite;

other siblings, her sister-cousins, Yvette and Natalie

Hall; 8 aunts, 4 uncles, numerous relatives and friends,

and a sister-friend, Brenda Hoover.
