April Denise Price, was born to Diane Harcum and the late Charles Price on April 12,1980. She

April's life got a head start as she began raising her younger cousins, Jonathan, Jamal, Isaiah
and Alexis in her early twenties. Parenting became second nature to such a beautiful soul. During the
early moments of parenting, cooking was not her specialty, but she strived for better as she has always
done. Her dedication led to some of the family's most famous meals, a favorite being her spaghetti.
Within those years April welcomed the first of her grandchildren Anijah, building the love that would
position for the other children to come.
Soon after, April took great joy in becoming an Aunt. She lived and breathed being a protector of
them. She was always extremely dependable whenever she was needed no matter the circumstances.
April's smile could light up a room just as much as her infectious laugh could brighten a day. Her
smile stayed true no matter what she was going through.
April enjoyed gatherings with family. One of her favorite things was to be in the kitchen alongside her
mother, doing what they both loved to do. April provided wisdom to situations that was passed down
from the knowledge of her mother. Words of love and encouragement that flowed from diapers to her
adult years.
Last year April was able to experience her very first trip out of state for her 41st birthday to Disney
World with family. April never met a stranger, she gravitated towards love, always seeing the good in
