Mr. Arbery Fowlkes Jr., was born in Keysville, Virginia on April 1, 1934 to the late Arbrey and Celia Flinch Fowlkes, Early Sunday morning, January 7, 2007 at Northwest Hospital he entered into eternal rest. He recieved his formal education in Keysville, Virginia public schools. He retired from Irving Truck after many years of service. He was joined in Holy Matrimony to Rosa Lee Spann Fowlkes and was blessed with two daughters, Cassandra and Mary, and one granddaughter, Nanitria. He leaves to cherish fond memories; wife Rose; son Micheal Fowlkes of Keysville, Virginia; three daughteers,Gwendolyn of Keysville, Virginia, Cassandra Talley of Baltimore, Maryland and Mary Lemar Williams of Baltimore, Maryland; brother, Jerry Fowlkes of Keysville, Virginia; two sisters, Dorothy McIver of North Carolina and Elise Faulker of New Jersey; aunt Ruth Stokes and uncle, Arthur Fowlkes. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
