Archie Adams was born to Mattie Mae Adams and Quincy Cook on November 24, 1944. He departed this life on July 22, 2008. Archie was born in St. George South Carolina. He moved to Baltimore, Maryland when he was three years old. Archie was educated by the Baltimore City Public School System. After graduation, he joined the military. Once he returned from his military duty, he worked for the Maryland State Lottery. Archie was an avid reader and a Certified Public Accountant. He loved to laugh and listen to Doo Wop and Jazz. He leaves to mourn his memory: three sisters; Janet Virginia Adams Jenkins, Naomi Cook Savage and Gloria Cook. One brother-in-law; Charles Rudolph Jenkins. Several nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
