Arlene France Lindsey, daughter of the late Pauline Blue and
Russell Blue and the Late Clarence France was born on
August 13, 1948. She was born 3rd of 9 siblings. God, in His
infinite Wisdom granted our beloved rest on Thursday,
December 20,2018.2 Corinthians 5:8-10 we are confident, yes,
well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present
with the Lord.

Arlene received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools.
She worked in numerous positions throughout her life which included
the Environmental Service Industries and later became a Health
Care Provider (GNA) until August 2017. She was a Server by Heart.

Arlene was married to the late George Lindsey. She later adopted
her great grandsons "twins" Kyrin and Qu'ran. She has done an
outstandingjob of raising them with exposure of abroad to a positive
lifestyle and activities.

Arlene AKA "Cookie" as she was affectionately known, was very
loving and giving person who everybody loved. She was a feisty
woman and sweet at the same time. She was very committed
to her family and friends. Her willingness to serve others was
demonstrated in her actions. If there was anything we needed
especially in her knowledge of information anything we needed
to know we didn't have to call 411 we picked up the phone and
asked "Cookie".

She leaves to cherish her memory: .2 daughters, Mia and Rhandi;
1 son, Tyrin (the protocol son as she called him), and her adopted
great-grandsons Kyrin and Qu'ran; 5 brothers, Victor (Ann),
(late Phillip) (Theresa), Jeffrey, Kevin (Tonnette) and Barry
(Claudette); 3 sisters, Cherita, Gail, Latrell (late Lester) a host of
great grands, grands, and other relatives and friends.
