ARTHUR ALBERT GRAY, JR., son of the late Arthur A. Sr. and Harriett J. Gray, was born on June 9, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the eldest of four children. On December 10, 2011 the Lord called him home to rest. He received his education from the Baltimore City Public School System and in 1970 graduated from Baltimore City College. In 1971 he married Janice Spells and from this union two children were born, Elliott Sr.. and Leah. Although they divorced in 1976, their friendship remained a major part of their lives. Junior, as he was affectionately known, loved music and people. Everyone who knew him loved him. Junior leaves to cherish his memory; one son, Elliott Sr.; one daughter, Leah; seven grandchildren, Elliott Jr., India, Arai, Isha, Tommy, Leilah and Kahnie; two sisters, Lynn and Vanessa; one brother, Gregory preceded him in death; one daughter-in-law, Kelley Gray; nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
