Arthur Thomas, was born May 24,1943 in Baltimore City. He departed this life on November 19, 2014. He received his education in the Baltimore City School System. Arthur was considered a "Jack of All Trades." He had a wealth of knowledge which he shared with his family, friends and all who loved him. Arthur was easy to love because of his honesty and his ability to be direct which was a very strong characteristic'of his! Arthur was a sharp dresser, he loved watching westerns and wear- ing the finest leather cowboy boots. He served as a member of the Sons of the American Legion for eight years. He leaves to cherish his memory: the love of his life for 44 years, Mary Williams (Peggy); three daughters, Fentress Jackson, Frances Epps and Wysetta Thomas; three grandchildren, Janiera Jackson (Baby Cakes, Baby Girl), Davon (Tavon) Epps and Gerrod Maddox; two sons-in-laws, Basilio Epps and Warren Jackson; extended daughter, Kimberly Bann; extended grandsons, Jerhmiah and Cameron and a host of family and friends.
