IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Arthur
Williams
April 3, 1966 – June 1, 2019
Arthur "Hollywood" Williams, son of Arthur Lee Lindwood Williams and the
late Hideko Hirade, was born on April 3, 1966, in Baltimore, MD.
He was raised in East Baltimore and received his education through the Balti-
more City Public School System.
At 18 years old, Arthur married Donna Davis, started a family and enlisted into
the U.S. Army where he was generally discharged under honorable conditions.
Though his marriage ended, both went on to other relationships and raised
exceptional children. Arthur was a jack of all trades, but primarily spent his
adult life self-employed in the home improvement industry.
Arthur lived a joyous life full of laughs, animals, and lots of love. There was
never a dull moment in his presence; always ready to share a funny story from
his random experiences. His charming personality, paired with natural good
looks, made it hard not to enjoy him. Arthur had an undeniable love for nature
and animals. It brought out the kid in him whenever he had the opportunity to
explore and find a new pet. Raising dogs, fishing and caring for snakes were
some of his favorite pastimes. Most importantly, he loved and adored all of his
family. There's no limit to the extent he'll go to be there and protect those
significant to him.
On June 1,2019, at the age of 53, Arthur departed this life. His lively spirit will
forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him. He is already sorely missed.
Arthur was preceded in death by brother Khan Williams, Sr. He is survived by
his father, Arthur L. Williams (Carolyn); siblings, Anastacia Williams-Jones
(Sterling), Toshio Williams, Takamiro Williams, and Hideo Williams (Asia);
step-siblings, Michael Jones (Shirley), Terry Jones, Charlie Jones, Patricia
Coureton (Dannyboy), Patrice Winnegan (Nelson), and Bridgett Jones; chil-
dren, Hideko Williams, Tamiko [Williams] Singleton (Theo), Tavon Bright,
Mar'Shawn Williams, and Kylen Williams; children raised as his own, Brittany
Butler and Brionni Ash; grandchildren, Tavon Bright, Jr., Taylen Bright, and
Legend Singleton; his special friend, Lucy; and a host of other relatives and
friends.
