Barbara Davis, daughter of Louise Burtford was born November 21, 1939. She departed this life on July 19,2014. Barbara received her education in the Public Schools in Lynchburg, Virginia, where she would always say I missed my sister by 1 year. "Boo" as she was affectionately known, enjoyed life to the fullest. There was never a dull moment when you were in her presence. She also had a great love for music, her favorite hymn was "I Must Tell Jesus". Barbara leaves to cherish her memories: four children, Emanuel, Cecil (who proceeded her in death), Evelyn and Gregory Smith; three godsons, Lakeith Brogdon Sr. (Don), Kenneth Smith Jr. (Bear) and Deontae Pinder (Tae Tae); two special nieces, Sherry Crawford-Little and Maria Elliott- Richburg and a host of other relatives, friends and extended family.
