Barbara Inez Doughtery, daughter of the late Amos and Jessie Baker, was born on September 11, 1931 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life after a short illness. Barbara received her secular education from the Baltimore City school system. She was employed at Seton Institute until she retired. In 1968 Barbara married the late Jerome Doughtery. All through life she was there whenever; you needed a kind word of advice. Barbara was a warm and caring person who was always willing to help. She will always be remembered for her subtle sense of humor. She leaves to mourn: one brother, Nathaniel Baker; one siser, Doris Little; one sister-in-law Peggy Baker; four nephews, three nieces and a host of relatives and friends.
