BARBARA ELOISB WALLACB, daughter of the late Doretha Mary Wallace and Joseph Milton Wallace, Sr., was born on March 28, 1945, in Baltimore, Maryland. She entered into eternal peace on March 17, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital surrounded by family, friends and loved one. Five (5) siblings preceded Barbara in death, Mary B. Wall, Linda Z. Eads, Aaron L. Wallace, Milton H. Wallace and Joseph M. Wallace, Jr.; and a daughter, Valerie Denise Wallace.
Barbara received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She was a graduate from Southern High School. Barbara held several jobs in different fields including working as a teacher's aide in the Baltimore City Public School Systems. She eventually stopped working to help care for many of her nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Barbara met the love of her life Leon Wallace and they married on October 7, 1967. From this union they were blessed with four (4) beautiful daughters, Valerie Denise Wallace 'Rameriez,' VaUsha, Michelle and Leteese.
Family was everything to Barbara. She truly enjoyed participating in family events especially during the holidays. She loved to cook and would host many holiday gatherings at the home she shared with her husband. Barbara leaves to cherish fond memories: Her beloved husband of forty-nine (49) years, Leon Wallace; three (3) daughters, Valisha Wallace, Michelle Hicks and Leteese Winder; six (6) grandchildren, Terrell Wallace, Tevin Wallace, Travis Wallace, Daisha Torain, Tyshai Hicks and Drexin Winder; two (2) great-grandchildren, London Wallace and Bden Wallace; two (2) sisters, Patricia Rhinehart-Jenkins and Annette Moore; two (2) aunts, Christine Littlejohn, Susan Bads; two (2) uncles, Andrew Littlejohn, James Bads; two (2) sisters.in.law, Betty Wallace and Lisa Wallace; three (3) brothers-in.law, Charles Wall, Minster Harvey Moore and Charles Jenkins; two (2) sons-in.law, Jerome Hicks and D'Andre Winder; and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends, including her dear friend, Joanne Baptiste and adopted son, Tony Ragin
