Barbara Ann Watkins, was born on January 2, 1958 to Robert Watkins, Sr. and the late Hazel Watkins from Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on August 4,2014 after a lengthy illness. Barbara received her education in the Baltimore City Public Schools System. She was employed as a social worker in her early years of employment. She later became employed at Camden Yards and Denny's Restaurant until her health began to fail and she could no longer work. Barbara had a big beautiful heart and loved to help and care for others. Everyone that came in contact with her could not help but love her. She dearly loved her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She leaves to cherish her memory: her father: Robert Watkins; two sisters: Rochelle Pugh and Leslie Watkins; two brothers: Robert Watkins, Jr. and Craig Watkins; one brother-in-law: Johnnie Pugh and one sister-in-law: Trina Watkins; as well as, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
