Barbara Ann Winn Waddell, daughter of the late Doris Loretta Coates and Joseph Coates, was born on June 30, 1959 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She will continue to watch over and bless her loved ones. Barbara was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System, where she continued her education as a CNA at Baltimore Allied Heath Training Center. Barbara was a student of life, and an avid learner who continued to study religion, history, language, math and science. She was a strong woman of morals and principals who could do whatever she put her mind to; including overcoming her personal struggles. She leaves behind blessed; hr husband, Gregory Waddell; ten children, Calvin, Kevin, Sean, Shana, Christopher, Marcus, April, Shanae, Warren and Sheila; eleven grandchildren, five siblings, Elizabeth, Claudette, Jenene, Joseph and John; with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
