Obituary

Barron Lee McCree was born December 12, 1991 to loving parents, Barron Lee McCree and Lyncia Martinez. He was the second child born of the union and preceded in death by both maternal grandparents: Rose Marie Bonner Martinez Adeboje and Alberto Martinez. Barron Attended Baltimore City Public Schools (Gilmore Elementary, Mt. Royal Middle School and Digital Harbor High School. His favorite subjects were computer programming and media communications. After leaving high school he became interested in video photography taught by his cousin, Everette Lamar Bonner Jr. Throughout his short life, Barron was very interested in sports, especially football. During his middle school career he was a member of the Pee Wee.Warner Football team. Barron was very good with young children and enjoyed the role of being uncle. He spent many hours playing video games with his nephews, Tyreas and Zyreas and supervising their early development. Despite his lean frame Barron loved to eat and was an excellent cook. He often manned the girl during his grandmother Nettie's cookouts. His fondness for food as infant was the source of his nickname. H is mother called him Yoshi, a fter a dinosaur character who ate everything in its path. Yoshi could make you smile even when you didn't want to. He had a happy personality that rubbed off on all who where were around, him. Y oshi had some amazing qualities that made him a joy to know. In addition, he was very loving and protective of his family. He leaves to mourn a son, Zaire Dixon a special friend, Lashonda Dixon, a mother, Lyncia Martinez; father, Barron McCree, one sister, Sierra Martinez; two nephews, Tyreas and Zyreas Boyd; once nice, Ziveah Fenner; two aunts, Anna Valdez and Agueda Blanco; seven uncles, Bernardo Martinez, Everette Bonner, Esteban Martinez, Michael Parks, Jermaine Parks and Rodnick Parks, Alberto Marinez, Jr., and paternal grandmother, Jeanette (Nettie) McCree and a host of other relatives and friends.
