Beatrice Jones was born to the late Andrew and Julia Jones on July 29, 1948.Beatrice affectionately known as Bea" departed this life on August 2, 2017 after a lengthy illness.

Bea became independent at a very early age cleaning and babysitting for people in the neighborhood. Her true passion was in the field of nursing in which she obtained a degree in. Bea was very fashionable and well known. She loved to enjoy herself and have a good time.

Bea met and married Elliot Ray and from this union three children were born, Rhonda, Crystal and Elliot Ray, Jr. She loved her children dearly and there was nothing she would not do for her children.

Beatrice was preceded in death by Crystal and Elliot Ray, Jr.

Bea leaves to cherish her memories, her loving daughter, Rhonda Ray; three grandchildren, Dwayne Cook, Damien Cook and Cierra Towler; two great grandchildren, Damien Cook, Jr. and Dakota Cook; two devoted friends, Ellie and Julia; one son in-law, Lionel Franklin and a host of other relatives and friends.
