Belinda Eula Brown Francis was born to the late
James Brown Sr., and Bessie Briscoe Jenkins on
February 12, 1973 in Baltimore Maryland.

Belinda received her education in Baltimore
Maryland. She loved her family and friends. Her
nickname from the family was "Linnu". She would
open her door to anyone who needed help.

As her health began to fail Belinda remained
strong, still doing her normal duties but her most
favorite was being a grandmother and cooking.
Belinda fought a fight to the end and never gave up.
If Belinda wasn't with her kids, she had her dogs.
She was loved by many and will be truly missed.
Despite being sick she got up each day to make sure
she called her grandkids in the morning Her loving
sister proceeded her Virginia (Jenkins)Boone.

Belinda leave to mourn: husband Marvin Francis,
Also her longtime friend Brian Stocks Sr. Her
children Brian Stocks Jr., Ciara Brown and Anissa
Stocks, Grandchildren: Antonio, Lanelle, James,
Khamari, Lauryn, Kylie, Karlie. Courtney. Her dogs:

Mama Haze and Penny. A nephew she loved as her
second son Victor, Her sisters Gloria, Vera, Gladys
and Dorothy. Brothers William, Robert, James
(Pop) and Tony. A host of nieces, nephews, aunts,
uncles, cousins and the community of Baltimore
City.
