Bernadettaz Simms was born on February 2, 1955 in Baltimore Maryland. She departed this life peacefully on Sunday, August 8, 2009 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore Maryland. Bernadette was the daughter of the late Joseph &Edith Simms. She was preceded in death by her siblings: Larry & Donald Jones. She wa sloved greatly by her family and friends; she spent her life spreading that love to others. Bernadette's deep and abiding faith in God made her recognize that she was truly blessed. Berandeete known to all "Detta" was a friendly and outgoing person to everyone that she knew. She enjoed family gatherings and loved to care for children as if they were her own. Most importantly, Bernadette was a women who loved and treasured her family who will miss her dearly. She leaves to cherish her memory a devoted husband Donald Brown; three children Lynard Henson and twins Ryheen and Rysheena Simms;one grandchild, Nardjay Henson; two special nephews whom of which she rasied as her children, Artemus Neil and Alfonso Johnson; fice sisters, VIctoria Fuller, Sharon Neal Simms; four Aunts Larraine Graves, Viola Johnson, Janice Smith and Ann Henderson; two brother-in laws, two sister-in-laws, two uncles and a host of family and friends that will hold her memory dear.
