Bernard Donnell Hipkins, beloved son of the late Janice V.
Williams and Bernard E. Hipkins was born on January 9, 1960
in Baltimore, Maryland. He was called home to be with the
Lord on October 8, 2017.

Bernard was educated in Baltimore City Public School System,
graduating from Walbrook High school in 1977. Later that
summer of the same year, he enlisted into the US Navy.

After returning home, he worked several jobs. He was a hard-
steady worker and one of the most kind hearted easy going and
non-confrontational person you would ever meet.

His greatest passions were getting together with family and
friends. He also loved watching football games on Sundays.

Bernard leaves to mourn; his one and only sister Desaire V.
Hipkins, his Fiance Alethea Gordon, his five step-children,
Matthew, Ashley, Joshua, Amber, A'Niya, four nieces,
Sauncirae, Eboni, Tierra, Mikell, three nephews, Lil Howard,
Desmond, Michael, great nieces and nephews, two devoted
friends Rodney Coates and Gregory Ford, a host of other
relatives and friends
