Pookie attended Southern High School

and after college she became a day

care teacher along with a host of other

jobs.

Pookie was very athletic, she played basketball and ran track. She loved to dance and stayed on the dance floor. Her favorite spot to be was The Arch Social Club.

Pookie leaves to cherish her memory

4 children Clarence Childs, Gennard Childs, Dannitta Adams, and Darrian Adams.

19 Grand-kids, 4 nephews, 9 nieces,

30 great nieces and nephews, 12 great great nieces and nephews 3 sisters Jacquetta Williams, Sharon Sterling,

and Rayonna Ford.1 brother in law
