Quietly and triumpahntly, Betty Louise Knox answered the Master's call to be with Him on Sunday, September 6, 2009 at 11:00 p.m. Betty Louise Knox was born on March 1, 1094 to the late Margaret and David McDonald, Sr. in Baltimore, Maryland. She attended the Baltimore City Public Schhols. Betty was employedby Marriott for Twenty-four years. She was a dedicated and hard working employee. On December 27, 1959, she married the late Eura E. Knox and from that union two children were born, Charles and Donna. Affectionately known as " Betty Lou", she was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy.Betty was a true friend and a great source of support to others.She loved watching saop operas and Lifetime. Betty loved to attend family and soical gatherings. She was a quiet but faithful member of Mt. Pisgah C.M.E Church since 1996. Even when she wasn't feeling well, she would make her way to church. Betty enjoyed hearing the word as well as the gospel concerts occasionally sponsored by the Youth and Young Adults of Mt. Pisgah. Betty eaves to cherish her memory:her son Charles knox; daughter Donna Jordon; four grandchildren, Aaron, Azzan, Jessica and Kayla; two sisters, Liiian Hargrove and Joan West; two brothers. Wilbert and James McDonald; a devoted former daughter-in-law, Ruth Knox-Lewis; two sister-in-law, Nellie McDonald's and Willie Mae Mcdonald; brother-in-law special friends, Margaret, Patricia, Rose, Laverne and Lorraine.
