Beverly Lydia Wall (Aunt Bea), was born on "JflY 3, 1926 to the late Noah S. and Irene Hill in Baltimore, Maryland. She gained her wings on January 19, 2015. She was educated in the Baltimore City Schools System. She started working at the young age of 17 with her father at the former Hecht May. Over the years she held many jobs including her last one at the former Loves Restaurant in 1971. She also volunteered at Baltimore City Police Dept. which she received many award commendations. Other volunteer services included Johns Hopkins University (Center on Aging and Health), Governor's Volunteer Service, Experience Corps (Senior Volunteers Transform Schools). Jury Duty was one of her passions, to which she received her last summons in October of2014 and was very hurt that she could no longer attend. She prepared many meals for several famous artists, including James Brown, Billie Holiday, Etta James among others. She was a huge fan of Cooking, Gardening and raising every child in the village. She loved entertaining and taking care of her family. She hosted many parties as well as cookouts at the famous 1614. She was proceeded in death by her son, Wayne Lane and all 8 of her siblings: Helen, Simpson, Agnes, Steve, Cora, John, Evelyn, and James Hill. She leaves to cherish her memory: her nieces, Antoinette Hill, Vioree Hill and Lorraine Bedford; her God daughter, Christelia Gresham; 2 sisters-in-law, Vivian and Shirley Hill; her best friend of 20 years, Ms. Tiny Curbeam and a host of nieces, great nieces, nephews, great neph- ews, cousins, family and friends.
