Miss. Bobbie Jean Wright, Daughter of the late Mrs. Ellen and Mr. John Wright was born February 26, 1942 in Dublin, Georgia. On December 16, 2020, The God of all comfort mercifully, quietly, and tenderly called to rest Bobbie Jean Wright.
She received her education in Dublin Georgia Public School system. She graduated from Dudley High School. Bobbie moved to Baltimore, Maryland in the 1960's. After the late Dassau Woodard established employment and a home for them. Her first job was at Perfect Books, which moved to Glen Burnie and changed the company name to Superior Binding where she worked for 15 years. She then journeyed on to Washington D.C. to work for Jarbo Binding Company where she shortly retired early, as a result of a stroke in 1999.
Miss. Bobbie J. Wright was a Loving Mother; Grandmother; and Friend. She was known for her quiet spirit; affectionate smile; love and understanding ways. Bobbie brought joy and comfort to her family, she was loved and respected by all who knew her. She loved to cook, sew and help everybody in any way possible. Doing those things was gratifying to her especially her cooking.
She was a member of Davis Memorial A.M.E. Church since the 1960's, where she became a Steward, Missionary, Finance community and on the Chair, in which she enjoyed every position held with pride.
Miss. Wright is survived by Jeffrey Woodard; Lashanda Woodard; 12 Grandchildren; 11 Great Grandchildren; and a host of other Family and Friends.
