On January 27, 1947 God sent us a beautiful angel named Brenda Marie Cooper, to the late Albert and Elnora Cooper. God called His angel home to rest on May 17, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Brenda received her formal education in the Baltimore City Public School Systems. Raised in a Christian home, Brenda accepted Christ and was bap- tized at Second Baptist Church. Brenda met the love of her life Wilbur Wright. As their love blos- somed, they entered into holy matrimony on March 28, 1964. Brenda and Wilbur recently celebrated their 50th Wedding anniversary, out of this union two sons were born, Anthony and Alexander Wright and a granddaughter, Shania Wright whom she raisedfrom birth. Brenda was a fighter who battled multiple illnesses and fought with every fiber of her being. Brenda was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She took great pride in taking care of her family and often went out of her way to do for anyone in need. She was loved by all her neighbors and friends. Brenda was a great cook and used to prepare meals for her favorite "Aunt Lillie Mae" and her family and any other special re- quests by love ones. One of her favorite hobbies was playing Pinochle or spades with family and friends. She also enjoyed working crossword puzzles and knitting. Brenda worked outside of the home for short periods of time but her primary focus was that of taking care of her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She leaves to cherish fond memories: her husband, Wilbur Wright; two sons, Anthony Wright and Alexander Wright; grandson, Alexander Wright Jr.; granddaughter, Shania Wright; eight siblings, Dorothy, Albert Jr., Bernice, Pearl (deceased), Ardale, Ruby, Jimmy (deceased), and Theresa (deceased); four brothers-in-law, two sisters-in-law, niec- es, nephews, a special niece, Patricia Parker; a special friend, Betty Doyle and a host of other relatives and friends.
