Brian Joseph Hallley, son of Burrell and Thea Halley, was born on December 2,1983 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on August 23, 2006 after a brief illness He received his educatuion in the Baltimore County school system. He was a 2004 graduate of Randallstown Senior High School. Brian was affectionately known as ''Weezie'' by his friends. He was a loving and caring young man and made numerous friends wherever he went. He enjoyed music, cars, clothes and hanging out with his friends. He leaves to fondly cherish his memory; his loving mother, Thea; father, Burrell; three brothers, Mark, Terrance and Tristan; nephew; Mark Jr., grandmother, Dessie Halley; three uncles, John Halley, Ronald and Andre Jones; three aunts, Katie Fleet, Valerie and Lisa Jones; godmother, Linda Whitaker; devoted friend, Tiffany Lucus; a host of cousins, beloved friends and other relatives.
