Brian A. Stratton , son of the late Crawford and Lila Mary Stratton, was born October 7, 1949 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life suddenly on October 24, 2016.

He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. At an early age, Brian was employed by a local hardware store called Charles Glass on Pennsylvania Avenue in Baltimore City. For several years, Brian was self-employed as a carpenter. He loved to fix things. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, talking to older people but during his younger years, he enjoyed being with family for the holiday's. Brian kept to himself for the most part and enjoyed early morning strolls.

He leaves to mourn: Three daughters, Emiko Chase, Fatima Askew, & Angel Askew; Six siblings: Josephine Mance, Luvenia Stratton, Felicia Sinclair, Crawford Stratton, Michael Stratton & Dailey Strat- ton. Five grandchildren: Peter, jr., James III, Da- mon, jr., jennaine, &Jourdin. A special long time friend, Ms. Doretha Davis and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
