Obituary

Carson Eugene Gray Jr. son of the late Loretta Gray and Henry Ridgeway
was born November 16, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this
life on February 11, 2018 after a lengthy illness.

Carson received his education in the Baltimore City Public School
System. After high school he served in the United States Army. After
serving in the United States Army he gained employment at Union
Memorial Hospital where he met Betty McCoy and out of this union
came two daughters, Betty and Denise Gray, affectionately known as the
twins.

Carson wass better known as Butch, Uncle Butch, Pop, Pop Pop and
Daddy. Butch always referred to himself as the head of the family. He
was a good father to many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Carson is survived by his wife of 12 years Latonya Gray. Carson is also
survived by his three daughters, Betty, Denise, and Marijke Gray; two
step children, Nisheka Lomax and Robert Williams; two brothers, Mi-
chael Gray and Kevin Baker; one sister, Renee Gray; four grandchildren,
Diamonik Hough, Darius Lawerence, Dominique Kellum and Taylor
Adams; three special nieces, Latea Gray, Maria Baker and Makaiya
Gray(deceased); one special nephew, Tyrell Gray and a host of nieces,
