Carter George "Sweetie" Bullock was born February 26, 1961. He was
the eighth child of the late Zeno and Ada Bullock of Greensville
County, Virginia. After the passing of his parents, Carter was graced
with a new Mother, Catherine Parker, of Garrett, Virginia. He received
his high school diploma at Sussex Central High School in 1981.

Carter worked various jobs in Emporia, Petersburg, Virginia, Baltimore,
and Jessup. His last employ, prior to his forced retirement was National
Azon, of Jessup, Maryland. Although Carter was always a worker, his
passion was always automotive. He would fix a car or anything with a
motor. He eventually received a high standard of certification from School
of Automotive Technology.

Carter leaves to cherish his memories his Wife of 21 years, Alethia Bullock;
a daughter,Jeterria "Nikki"; and one Grandson, Mallq Hayes, along with his
siblings, Rosa Bullock, Dennis Bullock (Ruth), Zeno Bullock (Zell); Sister,
Velter (Vee) Bullock; Mark Bullock (Ruth); Steven Bullock (Terrie); Bruce
Bullock (Tina); Beatrice Miles (Ron); Ruth Turner Jefferson; Patricia
Turner-Walker; Regina Turner- Young; 4 Aunts, Magaline Bullock;
Lula Mae Bullock; Lucindy Weaver; Evelyn Powell; a beloved Father-
in-law, Alvin White; 4 Brothers-in-law, Jerome Wells, Robert White,
Shawn White, and Jamar Robinson; two Sisters-in-law, Robin White and
Denise Harvey; along with a host of other family members and friends,
associates, Nieces and Nephews.
