Cassandra Elaine Garrison, better known as "Sandy," was born to the late Doris Morton-Jones and Walter "Hucklebuck" garrison on August 13, 1957 in Salisbury, Md. She gracefully departed this life on October 23, 2011 after a sudden illness. Sandy attended Wicomico County schools during her early childhood. She was later transferred to Baltimore City, where she graduated from Paul Larence Dunbar High School with honors. She was vivacious, outgoing, and loved to laugh. There was never a dull moment with Sandy and being in her presence was always enjoyable. She loved her family and cherished the moments spent with them. She was very popular and made friends wherever she went andwill sincerely be missed by everyone who knew her. Sandy was preceded in deasth by two siblings, James Morton Sr., and Geraldine smothers. She leaves behind to cherish her memories long time friend, Stanley Barnes; 4 siblings, Carl Morton Sr., Linda Milbourne, Barbara smothers, Sheila Webb; sister-in-law, Doretta Morton; two brothers-in-law, Luther Milbourne and Anthony Webb; two children, George Harris and Careyna Green; three grandchildren, Markia Vaughn, Shakira Harris and Machaih Green; a host of othef relatives and friends.
