Catherine Booker, was born in Norfolk, Virginia to the late Wilford Davis and Carol Loney on March 12, 1943. She departed this life on July 25, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Catherine was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. After high school, Catherine was employed as a seamstress at Acme Pad. She continued her love for the craftof sewing throughout her life until she became too ill to do so. During her lifetime, she made many friends because of her kind helping and loving nature. She was a devoted companion, grandmother, sister and friend. She leavesto mourn: her fiance' Donnell Woodlon; daughter, Martha Ann Johnson; sisters, Evan White, Cheryl Elliott-Murrell, Inez Moore, Willie Mae Hatton, Jacqueline Elliott, Sandra Cross and Rudett White; brothers, Essex B. Tolliver, Lee Elliott, Ronnie Elliott and Timothy Davis; four grandchildren, Toriano, James Jr; Dominick and Michael; a host of other relatives and friends.
