Catherine Ann Kelly, was born in Baltimore City to the late Ruskin Williams and the late Phyllis Campbell on July II, 1946. On March 7, 2014, God quietly came down and took Catherine home with Him. Catherine was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools; however, she received her GED while attending Job Corps in Guthrie, OK. Catherine was a member of old Shiloh Baptist Church. She was well known for working in the Wagon Wheel in West Baltimore along with her late sister Alfreda Lindsay in the late 1950's early 60's. She also worked at DMI for many years and Good Humor Ice Cream Company. She was very talented in many fields. (Catherine's talents were much diversified). Catherine moved to Cherry Hill in 1975 where she raised her three children. She would do anything for her children, grandchildren and great grandchild. Catherine was very involved in the Cherry Hill Community where everyone knew her as "the voice." In the 1980's, Catherine married the late Odell Kelly where they shared several years of happiness. Catherine enjoyed Old School music, Old School shows, playing spades, going to the Casinos and hanging out with the "Fly Girls" (as she called them). Catherine was affectionately known to people as "Kitten" or "Cat." Everyone that knew Catherine knows that she was sensuous, charming, temperament, a "tell it like it is" type of woman, feisty and a soldier. Viewing Joseph H. Brown Jr. Funeral Home
